Job Details
You will serve as a dual-capability Senior UAT Lead & Business Analyst within the CAPS division—driving test strategies, executing manual/automated test suites (Selenium/Cypress/Power Automate), validating Power BI/Fabric reports, participating in JAR/JAD sessions, and ensuring enterprise system releases comply with Georgia Gateway and State policy standards.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
• Dual QA/BA Experience:5+ years supporting enterprise applications in QA, UAT, and Business Analysis roles (including requirements gathering, user stories, JAR/JAD sessions, and RTM)
• Test Automation Expertise:3+ years developing test automation strategies and executing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, or Power Automate
• Test Lifecycle Management:Proven track record in test strategy creation, regression suite optimization, and defect lifecycle management using Jira, Azure DevOps, or Azure Test Plans
• Data & Analytics Validation:Hands-on experience with SQL backend validation, data reconciliation, and reporting validation using Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
• Location & Onsite Requirement:Must currently reside in Georgia, with mandatory in-person attendance in Atlanta on Day 1/2 for equipment deployment and quarterly onsite visits
