Job Details
We are looking for a skilled Rubrik Implementation Engineer to join our team and lead enterprise backup and recovery solution deployments using Rubrik. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Rubrik setup, configuration, and integration across multiple environments, including cloud and on-prem.
Need Rubrik Implementation Experience not just end-user kind of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and implement Rubrik backup and recovery solutions across enterprise IT infrastructure
• Configure Rubrik for VM, DB, NAS, and cloud workload protection
• Integrate Rubrik with external systems (VMware, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Ensure backup policies, SLAs, and data retention policies are properly configured and maintained
• Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs and infrastructure health
• Perform recovery testing and ensure DR readiness
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, cloud teams, and vendors during deployment and support
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in data protection solutions, including Rubrik
• Experience in deploying and managing Rubrik in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows/Linux OS, and networking basics
• Good understanding of storage systems (SAN, NAS) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL and change management processes
