Job Description
General Duties:
The Change and Learning role is a critical partner dedicated to support
planning and execution of communication, training, testing and adoption related
activities during the Project Delivery Process (PDP).
The Change and Learning position will partner with the Business Analyst and
Project Manager to prepare messaging, training activities, testing activities
and related materials, and effectiveness measurements to ensure end users are
prepared to adopt the changes introduced with the project that is delivered.
Responsible for coordinating any role changes with the security team and
changes to various functions impacted by the project. This role will be responsible
to manage site visits and access as well.
Change and Learning performs four functions:
Security and role mapping
Manage training processes
Manage testing activities
Manage communication processes and events
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the Enterprise Applications, Change, Learning methodology for an
effective deployment
Responsible for delivering the Learning Strategy into the deployment
Responsible for measuring the effectiveness of the learning and managing the
change management project to include things such Leadership Engagement,
Business Readiness, stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training
planning, testing planning, resistance issues, cultural issues, engagement
communication
Facilitate testing activities; includes access, environment set up, etc.
Complete deliverables and milestones in a timely, quality manner, as prescribed
by the phases
Support and coach the project Team to ensure effective project processes are
developed
Ensure that all users are identified and trained to be able to operate all
business processes effectively.
Ensure that plans are implemented to ensure the successful business readiness
to go live with the delivered solution
Ensure Business Readiness for Go-Live and support users through post go live period
Provide input into evolution of Change Learning Global methodology
Responsible for project specific learning material and ensuring compliance with
global framework
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of people management experience and knowledge of large system
culture change.
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry and SAP implementation is desirable.
Program Management experience
Demonstrated leadership and team behavior
Demonstrated track record for executing performance objectives and delivering
results
Self-directed, process oriented, strong business acumen, attention to details,
strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to coach
Must have strong oral/written effective communication skills
Must have significant experience with internal consulting and demonstrated
ability to influence without authority
Must have strong engaging and high energy facilitation skills
