Identifies and implements improvements to project standards to ensure high-quality services/products.

Familiar with best practices and standards for Microsoft 365 products.

Supports and designs industry-specific applications integrated with statewide systems.

Communicates with executive-level business users and technical experts.

Functions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for niche technical areas.

Demonstrates advanced experience across large, complex systems and implementations.

Required Skills:

Microsoft 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Information Protection, and AvePoint.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex technical issues to varied audiences.

Troubleshooting: Strong ability to resolve complex issues and manage ITIL processes including incident, problem, configuration, and change management.

Customer Focus: Committed to delivering high-quality, timely solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
