Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Technical Experience & Skills:

• Oracle Agile PLM Expertise:
• Deep experience with PG&C Oracle PLM Module.
• Proficient in Oracle Agile PLM SDK/PX and web services development.
• Hands-on configuration and change management within PC, PQM, and PG&C Oracle PLM Modules, including security implementation.
• End-to-end implementation experience, including data migration and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of PLM data model and Agile schema.
• Excellent PLSQL programming skills.
• Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
• Experience with Teamcenter PLM is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience with recent hands-on techno-functional expertise in Agile PLM modules and PLSQL development.
• Proven track record of liaison between client IT teams and offshore delivery teams (Accenture), ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams both onsite and offshore to swiftly resolve issues.
• Strong business acumen to understand client requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and plan implementations effectively.
• Active participation in documentation efforts such as Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT/UAT Test Scripts, and Training Materials.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key technical and functional expert on Oracle Agile PLM (PG&C, PC, PQM modules).
• Lead and manage setup, configuration, and change management activities within Agile PLM environments.
• Develop and customize PLM SDK/PX and web services for integration and automation purposes.
• Collaborate with client business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project activities including data migration, integration, and testing.
• Provide guidance and leadership to offshore teams ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain documentation and training materials to support PLM implementations and upgrades.

Education:

• Any relevant degree or certification; focus is on skills and experience rather than formal education.

Industry Experience:

• Not mandatory.

Additional Information:
