Oracle Utilities Trainer
Location: Richmond, VA (ONLY VA DL)
(80-90% Travel, Hybrid Model – 3-4 Days Onsite Per Week)
Rate: $70/hr on (C2C)
Visa: USC/H1/OPT/H4-EAD's (No green card)

Role Overview:
We are looking for 2 Oracle Utilities Trainers for a long-term contract. One will focus on Call Center/Billing Operations/City Services, and the other on Emergency Dispatch/Field Operations. Both roles will involve extensive travel and require onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training on Oracle Customer Information/Field Operations systems.
Develop and deliver training materials for in-person, e-learning, and virtual sessions.
Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Assess current processes and identify training requirements by role.
Meet with end-users to understand challenges and pain points.
Collaborate with system implementors and partners for alignment.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of operational experience (call center, billing, collections, dispatch, and field services), ideally in water, gas, or utilities industries.
Experience with at least 2 CIS or field service end-to-end implementations (preferably Oracle).
Proven experience developing and delivering training using Microsoft software, e-learning tools, and modern adult learning techniques.
Strong knowledge of the systems and processes in utilities operations.
