We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with extensive experience in backend development and a strong background in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing scalable applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

             * Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications and services for banking solutions.

              * Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

              * Translate business needs into technical specifications and implement solutions that meet those requirements.

              * Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high availability and performance.

              * Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

              * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing processes.

              * Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, flow diagrams, and user guides.

              * Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Java development and banking technologies.

Requirements:

             * 10+ years of experience as a Java Developer, with a strong focus on backend development.

              * Proven experience in the banking or financial services domain, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

              * Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar technologies.

              * Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services, microservices architecture, and API design.

              * Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

              * Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

              * Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum.

              * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

              * Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

             * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

              * Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.

           * Relevant certifications in Java development or cloud technologies would be an advantage.
