WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

* Important to note re: schedule: the resources will need to work weekends. • TMO mandates their vendors work 7 days a week, so 98% of the time the team is working weekends (FTEs included). This is still 40 hpw and they can be flexible on what days the resources take off during the week, whether it's Mon, Tues or Tues & Thurs for ex. There is overlap with offshore folks so they shouldn't be working early/late. • Skills Needed: o SFI - Communications Cloud Platform. o Needs to be familiar with technical design and implementation-related details o Will need to handle quick fixes or triage in high-pressure environments. o Needs to be familiar with TMF open APIs, simple IAM concepts, data volume related aspects.
