Primarily involved in Solutioning, Training, Configurations, Development, etc.

Provide help in Presales Support, Solution Design and Architectural design

Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements

Design end-to-end solutions using the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs while ensuring maximum out of the box solution.

Develop technical architecture, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.

Create detailed technical documentation outlining design decisions and implementation strategies.

Define and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.

Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Design data models and manage data sources within the ServiceNow CMDB and other base tables

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices for the ServiceNow industry solution.

Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

Optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions.
